  • Assembling and Donning SCBA approximately 10 kg
  • Climbing ladders and stairs with addition of SCBA.
  • Perform a brisk walk or activity, to increase the heartrate, while wearing full SCBA

  • Mechanical winching workers wearing SCBA

Psychological Demand:

  • Fear of full-face mask on face.
  • Entering small dark spaces in disco smoke atmosphere using SCBA
  • Performing entrapment procedure in poor visibility

Confined Space Rescue:

Physical Demand:

  • Climbing ladders and stairs with SCBA set on.
  • Perform a rescue of a simulated victim while wearing full SCBA
